I am a real estate agent in Calgary, Alberta. I am trying to develop a new concept in how people shop for their new home. The idea is to make it fun!
I have purchased an older used Rolls Royce limousine and fixed it up to take my clients in when we are out to view homes. The plan is to equip it in such a way that we will be able to take families with children of any age along for their "house hunting adventure", and have fun along the way with an "adventure package" that is designed specifically for children of any age, teens and even adults. The packages will include treasure maps, silk screen shirts and even shirts with a house hunting adventures logo embroidered on it. We want to make the house buying experience exciting and fun, but still with a touch of class.

Please do not use either site as a guide to your designs. We are looking for something new, exciting and creative, so have fun with your ideas. The design has to tell the story of what we do, that it is a real estate business, but without saying real estate....

General public of all levels of income. Specific target is those families looking to purchase a new home of any level. We want to be classy but fun and approachable all at the same time. When someone looks at the Rolls it should tell them exactly what it is about without having "real estate" written all over it.
- We need a logo design and business branding - including letterhead, pamphlet design, advertising etc.
- Most importantly we need a design that we can use on the Rolls limo. We want it to be fun, yet classy. We have had two designs done for us, and we were not satisfied because it just didn't give us that fun and classy appeal we were looking for. It needs to grab attention and give us an edge over other realty organizations. We want people to use our services because it is fun to go house shopping with us.
Car Wrap Requirements - The artwork needs to be saved as an eps file, we would want it to be around 100 dpi at full print size, so the designer is going to have to get some accurate measurements of the working areas of the car and develop the artwork at 300dpi @ 33.33%... If they do computer vector illustration size won't matter... if they are doing actual artwork it needs to be scanned with a minimum result of 100dpi at full size.
We have considered various themes trying to get the "adventure" theme feel we are after. Treasure maps, etc?
We want the limo graphics to give an instant impression of what the car is about without it just being another real estate business. Limo is black in color. The wrap needs to extend along both sides of the car (both sides can use the same image) but then also wrap around the back and even over the trunk. It can even go over the rear passenger door windows to and use the back panel behind the rear doors if needed. We want to keep the front doors and front of the vehicle clean and classic. Pics below.
