Enhance existing services with Location tracking, simply connect our service to Toggl, Evernote, Google Drive +more, add the project location via maps then when staff members arrive at that location all work is automatically saved/filed in the correct folder/notebook etc based on that projects location.
EXAMPLE #1: Staff member goes to the clients site, and start taking photo's, all the photo's taken are saved in the correct client folder in Drive and labelled and the only thing the staff member did was open their camera app and take photo's.
EXAMPLE #2: Staff member goes to the clients site, needs to make notes, they open the oliio app on their Android phone and click the Evernote icon. They quickly type their note and it's automatically saved in the correct Notebook assigned to that client with no filing needed by the staff member.
Example #3: Staff member goes to the client site, the phone logs the location and starts the time tracking in Toggl, when the staff member leaves Toggl stops tracking time at that location and logs travel until the next location. No more late staff time sheets.
Currently we have added Location tracking to Toggl (toggl.com) time tracking to automate staff time sheets when on site. Soon to be completed (2 weeks) is Evernote and Google Drive integration. See use case doc for more details on how these will work.
