Our best selling tours are the Harlem Gospel Tours which have made us famous worldwide and are selling very well. We also offer guided tours of the other neighborhoods of NYC: Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and thematic tours which we would want to promote more aggressively so they can sell as well as our gospel tours. Working with several partners/suppliers, we also re-sell a wide range of a la carte services (helicopter tours, bike tours, cruises, skip-the-line tickets for museums, attractions, etc.)

Our company will be participating to a travel and tourism show in France next year. We need a poster to be displayed behind our counter to attract people's attention and drive traffic to us.
The show will be visited by people looking for inspiration and information for their next trips.
Our counter will be placed on a pavilion dedicated to American destinations with exhibitors representing regions, cities, and suppliers (sightseeing, hotels, etc.). Our co-exhibitors will each have a counter with a poster behind them, just like us. There will be 2 other exhibitors who will be offering similar products like ours = guided visits of New York.
Our poster must be original enough to allow us to stand out among the New York exhibitors. We are the only ones to offer Gospel tours and this is what we are famous for, but we want visitors to understand that we are more than just Gospel. We would like a WOW effect that will make visitors want to come and talk to us. People must also be able to instantly recognize New York seeing the poster from afar.
We would like a modern and dynamic look-and-feel, something slightly different than what people are used to seeing about New York (thus, maybe it would be better to avoid the Statue of Liberty)

Please note that the poster will be hanged on a wall behind our counter. The bottom of the poster will stop approximately at the same level as the top of the counter. 2 people will be between the counter and the poster so that the bottom of the poster will be slightly hidden (see attached photos) - the top of the poster seems to be the best place to include relevant information.
Logo inclusion is mandatory. Logo can be split in 2. Logo can also be adapted in other colors (attached is our color palette)
Logo should be at the top of the poster and large enough for people to see it.
We prefer a bright/light image and not dark colors.
Poster should not be too busy with keywords. As stated above: less is more.
New York should be the star of the poster, no need for additional things related to travel. It will be shown in a travel show.
Please find attached a postcard that we used a few years ago: we like the concept of using the 2 buildings (Empire State building and Chrysler building) and this concept could be used as a base. The postcard is however way too dark and we would prefer something more vibrant / light. Use of keywords is a possibility but we tend to think that "less is more" and a beautiful visual/montage + logo are enough to do the job. If you use keywords, please use French words as the poster will be used during French exhibitions.
We are also attaching photo of the counter+poster from previous editions of the show. Please note that the poster dimensions have changed so that there is no hidden part behind the counter anymore.
