Thank you for looking at our request.
Summit City Reporting (SCR) is a stenographic court reporting firm located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We've been in business since 1991, and we serve local and national attorneys with court reporting and legal videography. Because our reporters are stenographers, we can also provide realtime transcription directly to an attorney's laptop or over the internet to anyone in the world. We can also provide CD/DVD bundles containing transcripts, hyperlinked exhibits, and synchronized text-to-video. Court reporting is WAY more high-tech than people think. You won't see our little machines with paper spilling onto the floor like you see in courtroom dramas. We don't even use paper anymore!
I wrote the copy for our website (whether that's good or bad), but the website is brand new, so that may give you an idea of the look and feel. The logo is also new. Our new letterhead is bright white stock, very clean look.
Our target audience is litigation attorneys, their associated secretaries and paralegals, and other court reporting firms across the country. For the local attorneys, we need to convince them to give up long-time relationships for better services. For out-of-town attorneys, we just need to let them know we're here and what we can do for them.
I am looking for a 3-panel brochure, clean lines, not too much text as to be overwhelming to already-too-busy attorneys and staff. I want to feature the benefits of stenography, realtime transcription, legal videography, and list services such as transcript/exhibit/video bundling on CD/DVD, PDF transcripts with linked exhibits, conference rooms, and nationwide scheduling.
More modern photos of court houses or court rooms, laptops, and computerized stenographic machines would be a benefit. The more modern the look is, the better. Please be creative! I can handle content, but I can't handle creative -- that's up to you! I would prefer to stick with the colors of the logo and website in some way just to be consistent. http://www.summitcityreporting.com
