Frequent Smiler's Club (for adults) Cavity Fighter's Club (for kids)
Female dentist and hygienist in small office providing care to adults and children. Modern office with digital xrays (much lower radiation exposure), the newest sterilization equipment (prevents transmission of disease from one patient to another) and painless injections when needed through use of STA anesthesia. This is a great tool for children and adults as the comfort level of anesthesia is much improved.
The office is located in a former residence, so it has a very "at home" feel. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, and the people who come for dental care love living among the beautiful valley and surrounding mountains.
The dentist loves taking continuing education courses on the newest dental techniques, and attends far more courses than required each year.
Patients who under utilize their insurance benefits, or don't use them at all! This applies to both existing patients and to new patients. Sixty percent of our patients have insurance that pays for preventative care (no cost to them). Unfortunately more than half of them don't use their insurance. Forty precent of patients must pay for their visit. About ten percent of patients are children age under the age of sixteen. About sixty percent of patients overall are female.
Dental health has a huge impact on a person's overall health. Children who learn proper dental habits will have good teeth all their lives. For both adults and children, REGULAR preventative care visits are the key to dental health. Our goal is to have them enjoying the benefits of great oral health by providing positive reinforcement at each visit.
A single, 8.5 x 11 inch page will be printed for each patient (customer) by color ink jet printer. Somewhere on the page we need a wallet (credit card size) cut out that will be detached and given to the patient, at the time they the join the Frequent Smiler's Club (for adults) or the Cavity Fighter's Club (for children). This will contain the doctor's name, address, and telephone number, and fit in their wallet. It will also have space to write in the patient's name and date they joined the club.
The 8.5 x 11 page will contain the doctor's name, address and telephone number as well. There will be a blank line to write in the patient's name and the date they became a member on the page also. It is necessary that this information appear on both the wallet sized card, and the larger page.
There must be space for text on the page, in the form of bullet items. There will be six to eight bullet items, one or two lines per bullet. The most important will be a guarantee of services.
There is a logo the doctor uses, but which is going to be stylized more as part of a separate project. That logo and several photographs of the area are attached to this project. They are to help you visualize the area and atmosphere.
It is not necessary that the uploaded logo be used on this page, so you may choose colors and other design elements freely. The logo can be used if desired.
