Our company has been engaged in the rehabilitation and sales of modular and manufactured homes
for the last six years, and our collective experience in the housing industry spans decades.
Our business model is to purchase late model homes, typically foreclosures or overstocked models,
move them to select family park communities, and then rehabilitate and or remodel them to meet the
needs and expectations of today’s buyers.
Creativity is the primary concept behind our success in delivering affordable housing opportunities to
those who do not fit the conventional home ownership model. We help people find the right home for
themselves, and then we finance their ownership dream providing them with an affordable solution that
fits within their budget.
Due to the current lack of institutional and bank financing, we have been carrying the Note/Financing
ourselves. Once the Notes have been created and seasoned for a period of time it has been our goal to
find other Investors like you to loan 60% to 70% on the performing Note.
