Its a new residential property being build, 36 multi-bedroom townhomes in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Its targeting urban, young professionals, students sharing accommodations and young families.

We need 4 feet tall by 8 foot wide signage to be mounted on posts, that can be seen from the road - so minimal copy, visually arresting, and readable is key. The primary objective is to build awareness and drive to website for more info and to register for updates.
This property is a build within a larger brand framework, so respect to existing brand look and feel is key. It doesn't have to 'mimic' the brand, but must be consistent. the company is Minto.
We had started the project with an internal graphic designer who has been deployed on a higher priority project. Now this has become a priority as well.
There are three approved sets of copy, and the content (eg. Call to Action) is approved - see attached file.
But we want to see some additional variety in layouts, some different approaches, something classy, something innovative. But don't go too nuts.
