Adventure ASAP
Adventure ASAP is an e-commerce retailer & social media brand to help the 9-to-5'ers explore & travel!
Our target audience is from 18-35 years old, Millennials & Generation Z, corporate jobs, college educated, male & female, that value experiences, in USA/UK/Canada/Australia/New Zealand, active Instagram/Facebook users, take pictures and share them, want to experience nightlife on a Friday night and then go hiking on Saturday afternoon, & use their mobiles to shop.
Our products range from athleisure wear like leggings to packing cubes for backpacking to funky designed T-shirts for an EDM festival to electronic gadgets that make traveling easier and fun.
This company is about the night time, just as much as the day time. It's not just a hiking/camping/mountain imagery company. It's about going across time zones, meeting new people, & tasting different foods. Adventures are different to everybody but it still makes you feel the same; it makes you feel alive!
Idea: Orange to red to purple transition as you go down with white design.
Idea: I like FedEx's negative space arrow; the "Fed" is always purple, but the "Ex" changes based on the company's subdivision. I could use the changing colour part to show support for a cause. For example, I could make the area pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness month or red, white, and blue during the US elections, etc.
• Red - Bold, power, excitement, passion
• Orange - Friendly, energize, like the Sun, confident, outdoors
• Purple - Creative, regal, luxury, honour, party, nightlife
• White - Purity, cleanliness, simple, freedom
• The designer can be creative with what fits their designs, we can always edit colours
• The logo will first be used on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, then other social media platforms
• The logo should be recognizable from afar
• The logo should not be ornate, intricate, or distracting like a badge, crest, or seal.
• The logo should be a pictorial or an abstract logo that creates meaning by association. https://99designs.com/blog/creative…ive-logos/
• This company does not only attract people that like mountains, hiking, camping. We focus on travelling and the experiences you could be having while traveling. Using the double A's as abstract mountain ranges is not what I'm looking for. I need your help and creativity.
• The logo should stand apart and independent from the company name, meaning that the logo is not the company name in special font, or wordmark.
• Just because the logo stands independent from the business name, creativity should still be used for "Adventure ASAP." I should be able to use the logo, the logo + business name, or the business name at my discretion and the brand should be consistent throughout.
• The logo should be able to fit into a circle, as some social media outlets use circles, as opposed to a square or rectangle.
• The "ASAP" in the business name should be block capitals always. There should be a sense of urgency.
• The logo/branding should create urgency and passion to say, "Screw it! I'm booking my ticket!"
• This logo will be used in social media, such as Instagram & Facebook; for websites, cover photos, banners, email marketing; & will be printed on clothing, apparel, gadgets, accessories.
• The logo design and colours are important, but also should be flexible. For example, changing certain colours or parts of the design to show support for a cause like Breast Cancer Awareness, which is pink; the US election, which is red, white, & blue; or create a white or black silhouette to partner with another business/organization.
• While some creative designers could use the alliteration of the "A's," I do not want the logo to be associated with Alcoholics Anonymous or American Airlines
