PRINT GUIDELINE ** THE LETTERHEAD NEEDS TO BE DESIGNED AS A Microsoft Word TEMPLATE!
The whole point of this project is that we are, reluctantly, abandoning our 20 year commitment to Word Perfect, and converting to Microsoft Word. We produce about 30 standard types of reports and letters, all of which start with a word processor template and then we merge in key data. Frequently we PDF our final reports and submit them electronically without ever printing them to paper. We do NOT plan on having preprinted paper letterhead, this project needs to be done either with the native tools of MS-Word or with graphics that are displayable in Word and can withstand migration to future versions of the software.
The design of the letterhead needs to have flexibility in the area where the staff are listed. the space needs to be big enough to add/remove professional staff when we hire/fire/associate.
We need: company name, address, ph#s, and web address (http://www.psylaw.com).
For each psychologist, need: name and credentials, the words "Licensed Clinical Psychologist," and our emails.
As for the footer tagline, we are not committed to it. Keep or discard as needed.
See logo below. We've used it on business cards but never found a way to use it in our letterhead. Not committed to it, just showing it here for an idea of something we liked in the past.
