Complete Site Design Needed For E-Cigarette Online Site

We are creating an affiliate site to sell electronic cigarettes. This is a new company and brand. We are into clean and modern designs that portray trust and easy readability.

Our target audience is split between males and females between the ages of 18 - 35 years old. We are going after a target audience that smokes currently and would like a healthy alternative. Since the product requires some understanding of technology we find that target audience is in the younger group even though smokers vary in age.

The site needs to be clean, simple and easily readable. The site is targeted towards a younger audience, so please use modern web design techniques that make the site look young and fresh. We would like to use cool colors, like blues and whites. But feel free to have fun with the design.

The site will be for affiliate product sales, so the goal of the site is to educate potential clients on the products and then get them to click our link to the product being hosted on the manufacturer's site. We need visible call to actions to encourage people to buy the product or visit the MFG's website.

The main navigation should be the different Brands we carry then product types. Also find a spot to include a link to About Us, Contact Us, Privacy, and Disclaimer. So each brand will have its own page. Those pages will each have a boxed section below the navigation that is going to be used the display the starter kit each brand sells (http://www.blucigs.com/products.php).
