Target audience - Australian people
Two main customer groups
o Younger people with high income. Typically has $50,000 to $60,000 in their investment savings account and would like to enter the investment property market in Australia. They are high income earners (approx $100,000 per year)
o Age 45+ with large investment portfolios. Looking for an exit strategy from their business and enter the investment property market in Australia. They are high income earners (approx $250,000 per year)
Objectives and Requirements
Design for a website. We will need:
1. One homepage design
2. One internal page design of internal pages
The website design must show the point of difference: clear, simple, fun, and easy to follow advice. The site design should:
• The “Aha!” experience. “I’ve got my property investment portfolio started” Play on the fact that Super Funds can actually be used for this, and it’s easy! If a product is truly remarkable and it works great! People will tell someone! The site needs to showcase this.
• It’s exclusive. It’s edgy. It’s something I’d LIKE to tell my friends about.
• Edgy creative. The design must different from all the other boring financial sites. E.g. http://www.smsfstrategies.com --> Boring site. It works but it's boring. This site MUST be edgy, different but still professional.
The goal for this website is to BUILD LEADS by contacting the owners of the site.
