I'm pretty open on this site. It is a Site Build It! site, so is primarily content. I would like the design to target 1024x768 screen resolution. I am open to any color scheme, but lean towards blue. There must be a column for the menu on the left hand side. The menu items will remain the same. The content area should be a minimum of 550px. I would like a third column on the right to display ads, etc. Please don't use anything from the existing header.
