Design an approachable website for an engineering firm

We are IoT consultants. We sell engineering services to companies that need help collecting, transmitting, and managing data - particularly when the Internet is hard to access.

Main themes: Friendly and approachable without being goofy or cute.
Our main selling points:
* what we specialize in: full-stack IoT engineering from top-rate engineers, delivered fast and friendly
* what we do: firmware, hardware, mobile, back-end and data science
* how we do it: call us, we meet and make a plan, delivery your project in X weeks
* more emphasis on technology in the designs

More or less a redesign of the words that are currently there: Feel free to change the wording around, but hit these points:
* We're here to help
* We're IoT engineers
* We're based in Vallejo, California
* We'll do your work in 8 weeks or less.
Headers should remain with our logo, Services, Products, Contact, Articles, and Login.

That graphic is the default Landkit graphic that came as a Theme. It is a decent design, but not right for us (wrong colors, not quite welcoming enough)

Please use colors on the attached style guide as inspiration, although different grays are fine. Gradients and minor adjustments to colors are great. As we see it, sunset and neon gradients are the major design trends of 2019 and 2020 (see the Apple credit card design, for example).

Feel free to use different fonts, if you think it makes a better design.

Our colors alone can end up looking washed out, please use them as inspiration along with some more saturated colors.

After seeing quite a few designs with stock-image illustrations, we've become confident that they aren't right for us - they all look too generic. We specialize in sensors, hardware, connectivity, that sort of thing - our images need to communicate that.

Please avoid using pictures of people. Either use illustrations or pictures of PCBs, computer chips, injection molded cases, that sort of thing.

Lowest level file formats possible (eg RAW/PSD/ai) is desired. We attached a printed flyer to show how we've used our own colors in the past, do not feel constrained by this.
