Identity and Blog Template for New Blogging Service

Fake Blogger is a new blogging service that allows people to create fake blogs. It needs an identity and blog design.

Fake Blogger

This is what we need:- Logo
- Template for a blog with comments (with picture of fake blogger).
- Home page where you can view all of the blogs in the network and a small upper section that explains what this service is (see blogger.com for example of this section)
- Post a blog
Adjustments (e.g. rate blog, etc) - will be done after winning the contest.

For the contest, show an image of the home page with logo and the blog page.

For the final design:
1) Deliver HTML/CSS (the prize would be $500) OR

2) Deliver PSD's only and work with the developer to cut it to images for HTML/CSS (the prize would be $350). If you can help with some of conversion that would be good.
The style needs to be of a mainstream web 2.0 blogging service that is cool yet professional and appeals to a wide audience.
