Platinum Sales Systems
We are a luxury real estate marketing company providing products and services to agents selling luxury homes in the range of a million dollars and up. All of our products and services are on the "Platinum" level, or in other words, a cut above the rest. That's what separates us from our competitors. We have built our name on luxury and how it demands a higher level of attention and detail. Agents come to us because we are known as the service you need to have if you are selling luxury homes. Our products are a mix of cutting edge technology and unique marketing solutions that can't be found anywhere else.
Our target audience is a blend of real estate agents, sellers, and buyers of luxury homes. While the agent is our direct customer, the seller and buyer are the ones who ultimately benefit from our products and services.
I want a total makeover of my current site, which includes our corporate site and certain pages from our member's section. I want to start with the existing content and basically redesign the theme, layout, format, etc. I would like the designer to also add images and graphic elements to the existing content as they see fit to make the site more engaging to the viewer. The copy will remain the same for now, but we may want to change/add some later -- please try to create a flexible design that will allow for those changes and additions.
The designer has full creative control -- however, please keep these points in mind:
- Our projected image must have the look and feel of "luxury". That is what we've built our reputation on and we want to further extend that concept through our website.
- Our main clients are real estate agents (mostly middle-aged), so it can't be too edgy or over the top. I want bold, attractive design that grabs your attention, but still conveys class and "luxury".
- We would expect the winning designer to be available during the implementation phase (post-contest while we are adding the newly designed pages to the site) in case any additional design changes or corrections are required.
Aprrox 20 pages need redesign. A full list will be provided at beginning of the contest, as I do not have room to include here.
