User Interface Re-Design - Very Cool Project

We are tech savvy entrepreneurs, Vizimap is a product that we will be launching in the next few weeks after the design and code is 100 % complete.

Our target audience are people actively searching the web who are up to date with current website trends.

Age Range : 20 - 65

Geographic Location : World wide

We already have a pretty good design for the user interface of our new website. I have uploaded it into my design brief. I really do think our design is good, however we want it to be much better, we need YOU to give it the WOW factor. The design you make must conform to the design that we already have, you can change it as much as you want but it must be the same layout as the site has been coded in this way already.

We are looking for:
- Trendy web 2.0 style

BONUS:
If we select your design to win the competition, we will use you for all our graphic needs in the future.

Our existing website is http://www.vizimap.com , It is a visual type classifieds similar to craigslist but on a map. Try it out first before you start your design, this will give you a better idea of how the functionality works.

Attached are my deigns including our logo... We DO NOT need help with our logo, but you can use it for branding. I have also attached an image with a design of how the list display should look like

** The file named "designgood" is what you should be Re-Designing. Give what I already have your own personal WOW Factor. You are basically skinning this version. Try and stay within the design format that I have already created, but don't be afraid to add something if you feel it will tremendously improve the appearance.
