We require a bright, fresh and clean website design in layered PSD format for a newly registered hosting business. We deliberately didn’t list this as a hosting business as we don’t want the stereotypical kind of site.
This website should be jargon free. After looking at professional outlets and being given regurgitated templated hosting website designs (like those seen on templatemonster), we decided we’d look to a fresher source with real creativity.
HostLikeToast
We have created an initial concept: http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/362293/IMG_0003.jpg
(ignore the right hand site of the concept)
However we do not want this tohinder or restrict any real creative folk out there. We want a webhostingwebsite that focuses on making it easier and simpler for those with varying ITskill levels. We don’t want webhosting jargon anywhere like diskspace, bandwidth etc.
We’re looking something really cleanand fresh and quirky (if possible in that combination). Play on the Toast idea. The idea came from the concept that breakfast is easy to prepare.
You wake up,you decide what you want from a fairly limited range, i.e. cereal, toast, egg, coffee, porridge, and then make it with little to no effort.
Why can’twebhosting be like that? Hence the lackof jargon, comparison tables and all the usual malarkey.
Have fun with it.
