Yearone was excellent throughout the entire time I worked with him. He entered a contest I ran months ago, and though I loved his design, I awarded the win to another designer. Then things changed and I couldn’t stop thinking about yearone’s design for my new studio art project, so I reached out and asked for the original files. He was very easy to work with, delivered the design quickly, and was patient with me as I took more time to complete the process of receiving the files and releasing payment than I had intended.
