I've been using 99designs for over two years now, for a variety of different design needs. I've worked with a lot of great designers, but working with Miriam on the layout of my book is the best experience I've had.
On top of being highly creative and a technically skilled designer, she is patient, professional, responsive, and has excellent communication skills. To begin the project, I sent her the manuscript of my book ((a 100+ page document), which was filled with detailed comments and instructions. She followed my brief and those instructions to the letter - I don't think she missed a single thing I asked for.
On top of that, she made valuable suggestions throughout the process - not just blindly executing what I asked for, but using her design knowledge to suggest improved versions of my vision. I found myself asking her advice as often as giving instructions. She truly went above and beyond to deliver a final product we are both proud of.
