Thank you, it was an interesting journey working completely online with a designer but we were able to communicate with ease. The project went smoothly with my designer but I do think it would be nice to get more information from 99designs about the how the process works, more detail about the time line used to create the design and how to properly save the files for future use.
As a first time client saving the files and was a bit unclear and took some trial and error. It was also implied that the actual tangible printed items, ie business cards, envelopes, letter head, came with the package purchased. It could be made more clear that a starter amount of the items mentioned above are not included and all printing is an additional cost.
I also don’t understand the additional cost for the a Brand Package. All of the information in that package was readily available to the designer and should be included especially for such small projects like mine. Perhaps a larger scale project would benefit from the Brand Package but I am not sure that actually has value for a business of my size.
