The Adult Chair book is a book broken into two parts. Part one is the actual Adult Chair model which teaches people who they are and how they got this way. Example, if I am codependent, how did this happen? Or someone that struggles with lack of boundaries, a loud inner critic etc. It's for every human basically. We all have stuff and this model you can plug into any life problem and understand its origins. Part two are the 5 Pillars of a healthy adult. If you follow these 5 pillars well, they will help you to live as an emotionally healthy adult and you can change your life. The 5 pillars: feel your emotions, self compassion, heal your triggers, set boundaries, build your self worth. I outline what they are and how to build them and then watch your life begin to change.
