To create a album artwork for up and coming R&B star Nakala.

Taking art direction from the brief my thought process was to create something challenging and abit edgy but remain subtle.

The artist name has nice typographic elements to it which I decided to play with helping to give a contemporary feel to the design.

My aim was to be subtle with the design and not too obvious and create a design that would feel at home on the iTunes store.
