The designers were all helpful with their designs and made choosing a design a bit difficult. The final designer who I worked with was helpful in adapting to what I required and the final product was better than expected. The process was great but the interaction with assisting the designer like sending a drawing was only asked once in the very beginning of the process. During the communication or private message with the designer we could maybe improve by being given that option of attachment/drawing photo. The tool given to help the designer was a point with message which I found helpful to a point. Otherwise it was great.
