We are a full service management company located in Northern Michigan in a very small resort town. In the summer time our staff triples in size and we primarily detail, buff and waxi boats in our shop or on the water all summer as well as offering auto detailing services in our shop. During the summer we also offer property work and housekeeping services to our customers but the majority of our property services are done during the winter, checking houses and doing snow removal. Because we offer a lot of different services we have a fairly diverse target market but our biggest target is seasonal residents who have their summer homes, as well as a their boat and vehicles here and then they leave everything for the winter.
