The brief:
A logo for Secret Wood, who produce handmade wood rings. Every ring is unique.

My solution:
The natural beauty and mystery of the wooden rings is shown in a woodblock print 'W', contrasted with the solid coloured resin 'S'. Flecks of 'wood' in the resin allude to the depth of the miniature world captured inside the ring.

The solid shape of the ring is contrasted with an elegant, delicate font that mirrors the delicate beauty of the 'world' captured in the resin of the ring.
