Ellen is an excellent customer, she was polite and attentive at the beginning, offered a higher value to the vast majority of customers, valuing the designer's work, in addition to responding quickly the messages. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding on my part, where I updated the entire agenda with the text sent, believing it to be the final text, but it was just a draft, requiring further changes. Not to mention that I was in the process of changing my address and it took me a while to respond to the message in the related month. Furthermore, what we initially agreed on was changed, generating divergences. In any case, I recommend the client and I understand that unforeseen events happen.
