GTO - Coaching for Humans

BRIEF
Client "I would like an octopus with a giraffe pattern on the outside of her body. She should be graphic, friendly and strong. Gender neutral, not skewing feminine or childlike. I thought she might be holding a sign (given the 8 arms! ) that says: GTO Coaching for Humans "

DESIGN PROCESSS
Following the instructions in the brief I started with the sketching process.

The client requested "friendly and strong" so I gave the character a very expressive face that would represent both.

I think the end result looks really cool: P
