I had a really bad experience with Toolbar (first time). He delivered designs and said 'completed' when they were not. When I asked him to make changes I had brought up weeks prior he did not respond. I messaged him 7-8 times. The design was incomplete and useless to me. For instance, he left in ENTER PARTICIPANT NAME on a certificate in the designated space then refused to respond to messages.
