In it there are a knife and a fork symbols, but are delicately hidden, just as a hint to kitchen ware, but not so obvious to be the main thing that a customer sees in the name and logo. I oppose to the rough look of the letters a fine and elegant smooth frame to finish the whole logo.")

So in one simple mark we have all 3 words from the name.")

So I interpreted the old logo as a new modern one, combining an initial with a vine so that it looks like the S is growing and blooming and living.
A crown - again to remind of the old logo, but with five stones, to represent the 5-sided stone that is the cross-point of the five villages and the place where the wine is made.
I also did some variations of complementary graphics, that can form the whole brand look and feel.

I wanted to make an old man( fisherman, cowboy a strong character) that is not necessarily smoking, but when looking at him you can see his deep cheeks and elongated face and you can even feel how he is smoking his cigarette.")

I used a soft turquoise and a deep strong corresponding blue with it.
The graphic of the figure 4 and the hops gives the opportunity the hops to be replaces with other graphics in the future in a similar way to be used for the other modules of the business.")

I used orange and pink gradient to represent the sunlit globe. Those dotted lines are for the flights and the change planes. The white graphic is for a plane or a bird, also reminds of a check mark for \"scheduling\".")

My main idea was to make it simple, elegant, and to make a hint of a clock, but in way that it doesn't overwhelm with its presence. So I made the letters look like they have been cut out of the clock arrows in these circular forms. It is bold and edgy. And creatively disarrayed.")
