Hi! I'm the founder of Little Flower Yoga and Mindfulness, a NY based organization working to support all children and teens in the development of strong inner resources through the tools of yoga and mindfulness. I'm also the board president of the Yoga Service Council, a mom of two awesome little girls, and a lover of great design.
