Nachdem das Buch auch in gedruckter Form erscheinen soll, ist auch ein Buchrücken erforderlich, der jedoch sehr einfach gehalten werden kann und lediglich die Farbgebung des Covers aufnehmen ...

This design was a layout proposal and was never published. It was created for a non-fiction eBook that takes a look at jobs in a totally new way. It is aimed at people that see their dream work as being completely unrelated to a location, an office or a cubicle farm. The client had a simple requirement: a title and an inspiring graphic. He wanted the cover to scream “read me if working from anywhere is your goal!” In order to achieve this purpose, I’ve chosen a particular stock illustration as the central part of the design, not only for the vibrant colors, but also because it gives a very informal appearance. This can lead to attract the attention of a specific audience that identifies itself with the theme of this book.

So if you have a problem with drink, society often has a problem with you. Tell people that you want to give up smoking and you get unparalleled support, but if you tell even someone close to you that you have a drink problem, they can get panicky and uncomfortable. Socially, there is much more shame around being addicted to alcohol than cigarettes. Also, help is hard to come by. Smoking and obesity issues are well funded by the NHS, but alcohol, despite costing the system millions each year, is poorly supported. GPs have very few options to offer people who come seeking help.
