I started by reading and re-reading the basic book concept, then putting myself in the shoes of the main character. What am I feeling, what am I thinking?
It takes place in the front office of a school so I wanted to juxtapose the relative normalcy of the surroundings with the attacking zombies. Everything dark and dangerous is working to come through that door.")
