Thus I have taken the circle and line to it's absolute minimum to form the 4 letters.
This design uses the negative space to create the 4 letters.
There is a rhythm created like a wave through the design - top of D circle / bottom of U /top of N / bottom of C.
Neutral colours are greys with a little yellow added to soften it from black and white but maintain an elegance.")

BOX
Overall - long rectangular shape like the building.
Each letter like looking down at walls subdividing the space.
Because of the dark background, if you focus on the white lines, it looks like depth down to the blue (optical illusion).
The X gives the appearance that it could be folded from flat into a box.
The X ends with points like going forward/new direction - reflecting the change of use of the building.

FACTORY - Square boxlike - all original (not a font)
BLUE
Blue + 65% black to give depth of colour and to complement the brick facade of the building. A little brighter than the blue in your PDF to make it more playful / youthful but still mature.")

R - incorporates a “tick” or “check” mark to reflect that your firm selects the correct consultant for each situation. The top of the “tick” joins the dot of the I to connect the letters but also to give the “tick” a third dimension
Right - Capitalised case used so the R logo works in both a standalone R and in the word “Right.” Also this maintains some connection to your existing logo.
g - the tail has been coloured to balance the design and allow for a compact placement of CONSULTANT.
CONSULTANT - Uses a lighter version of the same font to maintain a sophisticated controlled appearance.
Green:
The green selected is to show freshness/growth/success and be a little more feminine than masculine. It also is the colour of “go.”")

Believe is a very positive & strong emotion which lead to this design based on your brief.
It has 2 parts which can be used together or equally stand apart depending on each situation it is used.
The font is a standard font but the E has been changed to give you your identity -
- rising top line for going forward / positive / striving for better as an athlete as well as helping people lives
- the negative space of the E creates a shape of a house or shelter to reflect giving help to street kids - a place of safety. The middle line of the E looks like a small space a street kid would shelter in for the night.")

The overall appearnace is of a luxurious bottle of perfume with a sophisticated elegant design.
The horizontal lines represent apartment floors.
The top \"floor\" suggests an eye looking out at the view.
The blues were selected to suggest formality and luxury with a sense of calm.")

Graphic design is my passion in retirement after a career as an Architect.
Since retiring, I've been practicing my graphic design skills on greeting cards and prints which I sell online via Etsy and eBay stores. I also sell my designs on merchandise via Redbubble.
I'm intrigued by and love exploring logos and how they can communicate more than just a name. The same thought processes used as an architect are now used when designing a logo.
