He wanted to focus on the brain and the mind and not simply on the body.
The author shows techniques to strengthen your mind and to improve your overall performance.
I thought, why not fuse both things together.
So I have taken footsteps to show that the book is about running, so I worked the word \"Runner's Guide\" out, aswell as the word \"Mindset\" so that the buyer can immediately understand the message.
The footsteps form the silhouette of a brain.
These footsteps run over the backside and the spine too, so that the design looks as smooth and fluid as possible.")

For the eBook i used a 6x9 ratio and for the printed version a 8x5,25.
I wanted to let it look like the eBook so that the format variation doesn't disturb the character of the cover.")

I am a young artist who's specialized in ebook and book covers. I always try to nail my customer's taste perfectly. For me, every picture and cover is a treasure and should be treated like that.
