Unsere Tiere bekommen kein Kraftfutter, haben Zeit zu wachsen und leben in einer ruhigen kleinen Herde in der sie sich frei bewegen können. Im Sommer dürfen sie auch auf die Alp in freier Natur. Die Tiere werden erst geschlachtet, wenn auch die Nachfrage da ist und die Zeit gekommen ist.
Wir investieren viel in die Community indem wir das Naherholungsgebiet aufwerten. Beispiel: Wir haben rund 200 Bäume entlang unserer Privatstrasse zu einer Allee gepflanzt und laden Anwohner zum Spazieren ein.")
